Abstract
This Research have a Purpose to Study the Results of the Process of Enhancing the Behavioral Skills of Primary Caregivers to Promoting Early Childhood Development, Khao Wong District, Kalasin Province. It is action research. Analyze data Both Qualitative and Quantitative. The Sample Group Consisted of 45 pairs of Primary Caregivers and Children aged 3 – 5 years using the Sample Inclusion Criteria. Study Period : February – October 2023. The Tools used in the Research Include the DSPM Manual, the Behavioral Skill Test for Promoting the Development of Primary Caregivers. and Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Statistics used in the Research Include Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. and Statistics test Differences within Groups with Paired t-test.
The Results of the Research Found that the Process of Strengthening the Main Caregiver Behavior Skills in Promoting Early Childhood Development Carry out Activities According to the Process 5 times, Including Activity 1 : Creating Readiness, Activity 2 : Building Bonds, Activity 3 : Creating Discipline, Activity 4 : Creating Smart Children 1, and Activity 5 : Creating Smart Children 2. Children Participating in the Process were 51.11% Male, 48.89% Female, with an Average age of 3.92 years. Most did not have Birth Risk Conditions. 100 percent had Suspected Developmental Delays, Mostly in the Area of Self-Help and Society, 66.67 percent, followed by the Area of Movement, 62.22 percent, and the Area of Language Use, 13.33 percent. After Participating in the Process, 100% Return to Age Appropriate Development, Behavioral Skills of the Main Caregiver. There was an Overall Average Score 25.31 points Higher than before Participating in the Process, with Statistical Significance at the .005 level (95%, p<.001) and Emotional Intelligence. Most of all Aspects were at the Normal Level, Namely the Good side, the Talented side, and the Happy side, 91.11%, 91.11%, and 100%, Respectively.
